New York Police Officer Shoots Bodega Robbery Victim
A New York police officer dispatched to a robbery scene accidentally shot and killed one of the victims as he ran from the bodega Friday, August 7,2012 at about 1:50 a.m.

Renaldo Cuevas, 20, ran from the bodega and into a police officer and was shot, apparently when the officer’s gun accidentally discharged.
Orlando Ramos, 32, Ernesto Delgado, 28 and Christopher Dorsey, 17 were arrested and charged with felony murder and armed robbery.
