Hillsborough County school bus driver kicks special needs girl, knocking her off the bus and breaking her ankle.

Apparently the driver, Stephanie Wilkerson, became enraged when the student refused to get off the bus and slapped the driver.

Stephanie Wilkerson was charged with child abuse.
